Had a great stay! The apartment was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. Practically brand new! The location in JVC at Binghatti Royale was perfect and convenient. The security and receptionist were nice and helpful. Host communication was prompt, proactive, and super helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others 😊

Great location, but several problems. I wasn’t given a key fob, so I couldn’t access the amenities, and the door keypad failed, locking me out for about 4 hours. When I tried to extend one night, the host rebooked the unit before I could respond, forcing me to move out suddenly. Basic items were missing (soap, broom, towels, paper towels), and the soap was delivered in an unlabeled container. Sheets had stains. Overall, poor management and lack of attention to the unit.

The who place was amazing. Incredible views and Julia was outstanding throughout getting things sorted. I loved it that much I stayed another month and bought a place in the building. Amazing.

Szuper szállás, közel a Burj Khalifához. A terasz kicsit kicsi, de ez nem volt zavaró. Volt egy kis problémánk, de a tulajdonos azonnal segített.
