the place was as clean as shown in the pictures
it is a small apt
Wi-Fi didn't reach the second floor
the owner was very responsive
Location is great with a mall and restaurants within walking distance

The apartment is exactly as advertised by the host—ideal for a couple, though perhaps less suited for families with young children. It is spotlessly clean and offers plenty of comforts (including a Jacuzzi!).
Don’t be discouraged by the basement parking or the mildly off-putting smell in the hallway/flat on arrival—the flat itself is absolutely pristine and worth every penny. When I arrived around 6 p.m., I noticed someone locking up and hurriedly leaving (likely the cleaner; hence the odd smell), but I took a chance and I’m glad I did.
Hamed was an outstanding host: responsive, clear with instructions, and attentive throughout. I would happily stay at his property again if I have the opportunity—though next time, I may opt for a larger place to accommodate the family.
