The Apartment was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Check in and Check out was smooth. We had a pleasant stay.

Clean apartment
Missing Access Card- Could not use amenities .Was difficult to locate parking.Had no access card.I was promised one but never received. Had to call security the whole time.Honestly the most difficult check .TV is old- could not watch movies properly.Not trying to be difficult but it shouldn't be this hard.
