For your peace of mind and to keep the apartment in great condition for future guests, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit. The deposit is fully returned after checkout, provided the apartment is left in good condition and no house rules are violated.

Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., and the maximum time is 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!🕒🕚

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of 2500 AED.🚭

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.🔑
