I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it overall. The location is great, with a lovely balcony view. The room was clean, the living room cozy with a comfortable sofa, and the kitchen spotless and fully equipped for cooking.
There were a few issues: both bathrooms had water leakage, the room’s AC wasn’t working properly, and no drinking water bottles were provided, even though there were coffee capsules and tea. Also, when I arrived at the official check-in time, the cleaners were still finishing. It didn’t bother me much, but some guests might find that inconvenient.
On the positive side, communication from Inspirental, the agency managing the property, was excellent. They replied quickly, came to address the issues, apologized afterward, and even offered a special rate for the inconvenience. Overall, I liked my stay a lot; with a few fixes, it could easily be a 5/5.
