My experience at Rob’s place was generally good. Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was convenient for Cleveland Clinic visitors. The cleanliness was good, but the bed mattress was very uncomfortable, and it was too HARD. This affected the quality of my sleep and cuse me a back pain for couple days. I felt that the rental price might have been a bit higher than expected, considering the location, apartment size, and the noisy fire alarm that rings frequently. Overall, the stay was good, but there are areas for improvement.

The one-bed room apartment was conveniently located and generally clean, with most amenities working fine. However, the space felt quite cramped for comfortable staying, and the sofa was pretty uncomfortable for lounging.
