Clean, equipped with all we needed. A bit tricky to find/get inside, but otherwise great value. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Area is super quiet, a pharmacy and grocery nearby, as well as a coffee shop. You will need a car to get around. Saadiyat Island is full of beautiful hotels and restaurants, and uber easy to get and fair price.
