Location was perfect, lots of things close by.
Room and bathroom were modern, very neat and clean, had a spectacular view.
Amazing host, very quick in response and helpful attitude to provide information if you need any.
Absolute value deal to have such apartment in the perfect location with good quality and super attentive host.

My short stay at this apartment was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organised, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The apartment itself is stunning — bright, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that made every single morning feel magical.
The comfort level is beyond what you’d expect from a typical rental. The bed is incredibly cozy, the amenities are high-end, the Nespresso coffee Mashine saved my morning and the little touches throughout the apartment truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of JBR with a stunning sea view and with everything just a short walk away.
But what truly sets this stay apart is the hosting. The communication was flawless: warm, fast, and genuinely caring. You can feel that Kristin and Mustafa put their heart into every detail. They made check-in effortless, offered great local tips, and were always available if needed. Their hospitality took the entire experience to another level.
Highly, highly recommended — I can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful three week stay in this apartment. It felt like a home from home and Mustafa & Kristin couldn’t do enough for us from recommendations to arranging cleaning and sorting a cot/high chair for our one year old plus food & milk for our arrival because we had a late flight.
The apartment is so spacious and my highlight was opening the curtains each morning to the lovely views from the bedroom and the balcony! The location is great, right on the walk, 5 mins to the beach and an abundance of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket right below
Just wish we could have stayed longer ☺️
