Adam was very accessible and communicative. There was good parking available at the house. The staircase would benefit from a renovation. The apartment itself looked old and did not match the pictures online. There was a lot of noise from the street, and only one window could be opened on tilt. Overall, the price-performance ratio was poor. Abu-Dhabi ist very nice, large and has no traffic !!🌆 Adam war sehr gut erreichbar und kommunikativ. Es gab gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Im Treppenhaus wäre eine Renovierung nötig. Die Wohnung selbst wirkte alt und entsprach nicht den Bildern im Internet. Es gab sehr viel Lärm von der Straße und nur ein Fenster ließ sich auf Kipp öffnen. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht.
