Adam was a thoughtful guest and allowed us to check out late. The accommodation is located in a nice, quiet area not far from Yas Island. Surprisingly, we slept very well in this place.

Pros:
- Adam was very nice, he offered a gift ehen I reposted an issue with the wardrobe but I was busy with the family so couldn't receive it.
- The location is nice with a convenience store nearby and a lovely balcony view. Underground parking was a blessing because it is super hot in summer.
Cons:
- No parking key and need to wait for the security to let you in.
- Mattress protector had stains which could have been easily washed.
- I am super sensitive to smell and there was some sewage smell in the bathroom, which I could only fight with perfumes and air refreshers.
Others:
- You'll need the directions video to use the stove, he will send it over if you request help.
- There was a broken feame inside the apartment so make sure to report all issues when you check-in so you don't get charged.
- I'd give the place a 4-star but because I got it at a good price and Adam was nice, I think it's ok to give 5 but I really hope they fix the sewage issue!
