The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Adam and his team is very responsive and very hospitable. Every little concerns were addressed immediately. The place was super clean and I had everything that you can ask for. I would stay here again.

Very nice recently refurbished flat. Great interiors, clean, well equipped. Self check-in process was easy and reception was notified of our arrival ahead of time.
Building is new, with adequate gym, I have not tried pool.
Host was very helpful and responsive, We had a bit of an issue with building works in the adjacent apartment, and Adam and his team helped resolve it quickly.
Location is a bit solitary, but we knew of it as we've been looking to rent long term in the vicinity. Uber and food delivery is fast.

The place was immaculate and the host was very helpful with our small inquiries. They were also very forgiving when we set off the smoke alarm!
I would recommend it for location and it was 15 min walk to a couple of great restaurants at Bandar Island, and the water taxi to Yas Bay.
