From the moment I checked in, there was a strong sewage odor in the apartment, coming from the kitchen drain. I stayed in the apartment for approximately one and a half weeks, and housekeeping was provided only once during this time.
When I requested additional cleaning, I was informed that it would incur an extra charge of 200 dirhams. Despite extending my stay three times, housekeeping visited only once, and no further cleaning was provided.
The furniture in the apartment is new, and the view is beautiful. However, I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and was asked to check out at 11:00 a.m. When I requested a late check-out of just two additional hours, my request was declined.
In my opinion, when a stay is extended, the apartment should be cleaned again.
