We are available 24/7 for our guests!

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

• AED 150 per hour will be charged for late check-out (subject to availability).

•The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout – replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 5000 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
