Positive: Salim was a great host very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The apartment at Shoreline (G floor) was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly. The location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would happily recommend Salim as a host.

Nice apartment in a great location and will be great once they iron out some issues Positive: The apartment is on the ground level next to the beach. It is very tastefully renovated and clean and close to bars/restaurants and beach access. Negative: The apartment had a series of issues, like blinds not working (which created a privacy issue in the lounge room as its ground floor), leaking roof in kitchen, odour coming out of the pipes (likely to be a building problem) and towels were so thin, they ripped when you used them. I understand that this might be a new apartment and after my review, hopefully these issues will be resolved. But I was dissapointed that despite reporting them immediately to the apartment operators (Vacationer Dubai) and they said they were going to fix/solve issues immediately, they never came at all. No point being responsive to issues if you don't do anything about it.

Die Lage ist traumhaft – direkter Strandzugang, Meerblick, schöner geht es nicht. Genau das macht die Unterkunft einzigartig. Leider gab es erhebliche Mängel: Schon bei der Ankunft lief eimerweise Wasser aus der Decke. Erst nach drei Tagen wurde es notdürftig gestoppt, übrig blieb ein großes Loch, das unangenehm roch. Zudem funktionierte meine Parkkarte nicht, was täglich zu Diskussionen mit dem Parkwächter führte. Auch die Jalousie im Wohnzimmer blieb defekt – im Erdgeschoss ohne Privatsphäre ein großes Problem. Dazu kamen altes/verrostetes Geschirr und defekte Geräte wie der Toaster. Der Manager ist ein wirklich sehr netter, smarter und zuvorkommender Mann, der stets freundlich reagiert hat – leider konnte er die Probleme während unseres 9-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht beheben. Sehr schade, denn mit mehr Konsequenz bei Reparaturen wäre die Unterkunft ein echtes Highlight. Fazit: traumhafte Lage, sehr netter Service, aber Instandhaltung dringend verbesserungswürdig.
