Check-in: Guests may check in from 3:00 PM onwards. Requests for earlier check-ins can be accommodated based on availability.
Check-out: The Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Requests for later check-outs can be considered upon prior agreement and are subject to availability.
No Smoking: We kindly request guests to refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests is greatly appreciated. In the event of any violation, a cleaning fee may apply. Designated area for smoking is outside of the building and on the balcony.
Holiday Home set-up: This is a holiday home, not a hotel. As such, while you can enjoy more privacy, bigger rooms, fully equipped kitchen, some hotel-like amenities are not provided (e.g. breakfast, daily cleaning). Similarly, like in any other residential apartment, occasionally a neighbor might be doing some agreed works in his apartment or access to some facilities can be limited.
No Parties or Events: To ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all residents, we kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events. Any unforeseen circumstances will be addressed with consideration.
Pets: While we adore pets, we regret to inform you that this apartment is not suitable for them. In the event of any violation, a cleaning fee may apply.
Quiet Hours: The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum.
Noise Policy: We want to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. To help maintain a tranquil environment, we have installed a noise monitoring device. It is designed to alert us if noise levels become disruptive to our neighbors or other guests. If noise levels exceed the acceptable limit, we may contact you to address the issue. Repeat violations may result in penalties, including fines or eviction from the property.
Respect for Neighbors: We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of the neighbors. Please refrain from loud music, excessive noise, or any behavior that may disturb the surrounding community.
No Additional Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. If you have visitors or guests who would like to stay overnight, please inform us in advance for approval. Any unregistered guests found staying overnight may be asked to leave.
Cleaning and Housekeeping: We value your assistance in maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Please ensure that trash is disposed of properly and refrain from throwing waste from the windows or balcony. If you would like to arrange for additional cleaning during your stay, this can be accommodated for an additional fee with a minimum of 24 hour’s notice. There are certain areas in the apartment locked accessible only to staff – please do not try to access these forcefully. Daily garbage must be disposed of by Guest with the usual practice at the Unit in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas, but disposed safely into dedicated spaces (e.g. chute by the elevators).
Lost Keys or Access Cards: In the event that you misplace your keys or access cards, please notify us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the situation promptly. If a replacement is required, replacement and service charge fee may apply to cover the cost of reissuing keys or access cards.
Care for Property and Amenities: We kindly request Guest’s to treat the apartment and its amenities with care and respect, just as they would their own home. Guests are responsible for closing and locking all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent dust, rain and water damage.
Consumables: We made sure you have a convenient start to your trip and are very aware you might be tired after a journey. Please feel very free to use all the exposed consumables (washing liquid, softener, shampoo, shower gel, tea, sugar, water, kitchen towel, toilet paper etc.) – these are complimentary. These are to help you to get around on your arrival rather than provide unlimited access. As such, please plan related shopping accordingly. Please use consumables like washing liquid in reasonable quantities.
Personal Belongings: For all your valuables, please use provided safe box to be found in the first drawer in the guest bedroom. Please collect all your personal belongings prior to the check-out. If found, these will be stored 7 days after which will be passed to charity or otherwise disposed of.
Environmental Considerations: In the spirit of sustainability, we encourage guests to be conscious of their energy and water usage. Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
Guest Responsibilities for Damages: We trust our guests to treat our apartment with the utmost care and respect. In the unfortunate event of any accidental damage, we kindly request that you inform us promptly. Please note that guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Security and Safety Measures: The apartment is equipped with various security and safety measures, including alarm systems, fire extinguishers, etc. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these features upon arrival. In case of any emergency, please follow the provided guidelines and do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Your well-being is our top priority. Guests and visitors must take all reasonable safety measures regarding the swimming pool, in particular with respect to safety risks to children.
Prohibited Activities – Illegal Substances, Dangerous Behavior, etc: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances within the premises is strictly prohibited. Additionally, engaging in any form of dangerous behavior or activities that may pose a threat to the safety of guests, neighbors, or property is not allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and may involve legal action.
Building Regulation and Policies: Guests are required to comply with the rules and procedures set forth by the building management. For further information or clarification, please consult the building’s front desk.
Local Regulations and Policies: For the comfort and respect of our neighbors and in compliance with local regulations, we ask guests to observe all applicable laws, including noise restrictions and parking guidelines.
Parking: Guests must use the dedicated parking for the Unit. Using parking dedicated to other neighbors is not allowed.
Compliance: Stay of Guests or visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance, may be terminated ahead of pre-agreed time leading to eviction, no refund, etc.
Pre-arrival registration documents: In line with government and community requirements Guests need to be registered in the respective systems prior to arrival. Documents (Passport or EID) have to be shared with a Host prior to arrival through online means of communication. Without these documents being shared, Host cannot proceed to Guests check-in might leading to booking cancellation without refund.
