221 – BF 1BR Canal View – Water’s Edge B1

The property itself was in a fantastic location for accessing the theme parks, and overall it was a great place to stay. However, our experience was affected by ongoing communication issues with the host. We repeatedly had to contact Airbnb Support just to get basic information, and we lost about an hour during check-in due to mistakes on the host’s side. There was also an issue with the sink, which we had to chase to get fixed; otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to wash up without flooding the apartment. This added unnecessary stress to the stay. It’s a shame, because the property has a lot of potential and the location is excellent. With improved responsiveness and clearer communication, this could easily be a great place to stay.

Had to chase them for a carparking card which should have been in the apartment but wasn't, and took 4 days to get. This was an inconvenience and caused problems getting in and out of the complex and carpark. Once the card was supplied it was fine.

It’s a good place but there is some issues like the place is cold and it’s not fear tbh to feel cold 24/7 + the bathroom there is no enough hot water u can only shower for 5 min !!!!!!
