I had some issues during check-in. It would be better if clear instructions with photos were provided for the check-in process. The host wasn’t very proactive in following up after I made the payment. I had to ask for the check-in details myself. They requested my passport copy via Airbnb, and after I submitted it, they asked me to contact customer service through WA — which doesn’t really respect guests’ privacy. The room itself is good, but the cooking hood didn’t work. I reported this issue twice, and one of the main reasons I booked this Airbnb was to use the kitchen, but no action was taken. I also requested a garbage bag, but was told they don’t provide one. For the cleanliness of the unit, it would be good to at least provide one garbage bag per day — it benefits both the host and guests. You can’t blame guests if they don’t dispose of garbage properly when none is provided. Anyway, I still packed and disposed of the garbage before leaving. Other that that, is good
