Host was generally good at responding in a timely manner. The location is pretty decent, but can be confusing to find for drivers who are not familiar with the city. I am very familiar with Abu Dhabi so I had been excited to see how this new building would turn out to be. The apartment was clean, but pretty small for a 1 bedroom, it felt like the balcony was almost as big as the apartment. The bathroom has a lot to be wished for, it’s tiny and the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, and there was a smell of stale water (not a bad sewage smell, but just stale water if that makes sense). The amenities were a plus, the kitchen while small had all the appliances you might need, the gym was decent for a building gym and the pool is pretty nice but you really only get sun before 11am. All in all, host was very good I thought, apartment/building itself was not bad but I had higher expectations given I was anticipating to see how it would turn out while it was being built
