good but the deposit should be only hold not debited Negative: they took deposit 2000 aed AND TILL DATE NOT REFUNDED USUSALLY THEY DID ONLY HOLD NOT DEBITED

Leider war die Lobby in der Zeit eine Baustelle. Garageneingang war der Haupteingang. Dies wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert. Internet Hauptkabel wurde durch Baumaßnahme beschädigt. Internet war daher ca 1 Woche nicht verfűgbar. Ansonsten war aber alles gut.

It was a lovely stay. Just two points for improvement. Maintenance issue emergency response is available however unclear instructions as they were charging us extra cost. Also, no complimentary cleaning included during the stay. It should have at least 1 every 5 days.
