I came to Abu Dhabi for the first time and was unsure where to stay in the city. I looked at ad and the apartment looked good for the price although seemed new so was a bit risky decision. The place was easy to get to and check in was easy. However, internet was not constant and stove did not work and there was no oven although listing specified oven. It took a while to get operations team to reply to me. I had to contact Airbnb customer support who put pressure on host and finally we sort out things by going to another apartment in building (older listing). The older listing apartment was functional (good internet and working stove and oven) and was good. Area is a bit underdeveloped and you need a car there otherwise you are trapped and can only go to mall close by. Once the internet situation improves and cooking situation is fixed and better communication happens between host and clients then this place can get a 5 star, as long as you are ok with taking a car to move around.

Apartment was generally clean but a few issues - patio doors are hard to close, shower needed a good clean, unable to pull curtains so had to tie them up. Small things but would be good if they could be sorted.
