I checked in the apartment and the general cleaning seemed superficial, the bathroom mirror was dirty, like the toothbrush glass. The finishings are poor, with pieces of silicon attached to random parts of the walls. The shower doors don’t fully close, there was only one towel hanger, a moldy shampoo holder in the shower, the frame of the bed is damaged, the couch is very low quality and very uncomfortable. Spaces are tight, especially in the bathroom. The team seemed to be initially responsive when I signaled these problems, only to almost disregard the fixing part. After reiterated requests of intervention, only the lack of towel hangers in the bathroom got partially fixed, however the “solution” was a rack where I could place the towels instead of hanging them; moreover, this rack occupied more of the already limited space in the bathroom. After a few attempts to get things actually fixed and no real response, I just dropped the case and the team probably deemed it solved.

Positive: Хороший спальный район, все для комфортного проживания находятся рядом, в квартире все удобно, чисто, комфортно, имеется все что нужно. Negative: Шум от трассы который слышен в любом районе Дубая, это визитная карточка города.
