The communication was really poor multiple teams kept contacting me repeating the same requests and I had to follow up several times myself even calling close to 3 PM just to get the check in details when I finally entered the place it smelled like a damp towel clearly just cleaned and the bathroom trash bin was still full the apartment itself is beautiful and the location is amazing but the communication and customer service were disappointing and the cleaning team did a very poor job..
