Отличный вариант для любителей спокойного тихого отдыха в удалении от городской жизни. Positive: Абсолютно всё необходимое для проживания есть в апартаменте. Посуда, кухня, кофе машина. Утюг и гладильная доска. Стиральная машина. Одеяла, плед. Прекрасный большой балкон с видом на гольф поле. Отлично работает интернет. В 5 минутах неплохой магазин 24/7 и выпечка, кофе Старбакс. Удобно, что единственный выход из территории комплекса к пляжу расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы. Negative: Немного устарела ванная комната.

It was a great place and beautiful area, very peaceful, the host was amazing, responded at all times, very friendly people and great service. If you want to have a great stay in Dubia don’t miss this place you will love it. Thank you again and looking forward to visit you next time.

I absolutely love this place and the property itself is wonderful. However, this time the communication from the host was a bit slow, and at check-in, both the bedsheets and duvet cover were not clean. I managed the first night, and the next day the housekeeping team came to replace them promptly. Aside from this, everything else was great and I had a very good stay. I would still highly recommend this property, just request that communication and housekeeping be improved for an even better experience.

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy with a beautiful view, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was the perfect bonus. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely book again.
