The flat features a second room that can be used for a quiet workspace during the day and also doubles up as a bedroom at night – with a comfy sofabed. It is a double bed size (145cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2 persons. The sofabed is easily operated and can be opened and closed easily in minutes! Plenty of extra beddings and our team will set it all up for you!

There are two separate bathrooms (a powder room for the use of guests and anyone sleeping in the study) and an ensuite attached to the master bedroom.

There is a good pressure modern shower with plenty of hot water as well as a luxurious bathtub to soak in after a long day on your feet!

Toiletries and plenty of fresh towels are provided!

The Balcony features a stunning burj view and outdoor seating. You will just love your stay here!

Our team would be available over a call and messaging 24*7 for our guests to meet their needs.

Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in to be registered with Dubai Tourism and also the Building Security System.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

• AED 150/hour will be charged for late check-out and is subject to availability.

•The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Additional cleaning may be scheduled but is chargeable. Price on request.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout – replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside! Any evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in a penalty fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
