Guests must submit soft copies of their passports 24 hours before check-in date to be registered with Dubai Tourism and also the Building Security System.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

• AED 200 will be charged for late check-out and is subject to availability.

•The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout – replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside! Any evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in a penalty fee of AED 5000 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
