Large apartment, at the 56th floor, with an amazing view. Well equiped. Suitable for 6-8p. Just a little effort can be done for the housework.

We stayed for a month for reference. The apartment was clean and spacious, TV and internet worked well. Lots of units in the building so the lifts can get crowded with tenants and people delivering food, packages, etc. We had to wait a few days to get the stove and oven working. The stove was solved, but not the oven. We had as well a couple of leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, and there is intermittent noise coming from the ceiling at night. We got only one access key to the apartment. The connection to the mall was great, the mall has a nice gym, coffee places, fast food, 3 supermarkets, Pilates studio, activities for kids, and much more offerings. Management was generally willing to help but we didn’t expect the incidents we had in the first place, it took more than a day to get things looked at and we had to wait at home to open the door for whoever showed up to fix things.
