We were pleasantly surprised to find it was in a gated community, in a central location. Excellent pool area , all with great staff. Taking our young family with us was so easy and very safe for us all. So nice to be on the ground floor with a small yard at the back with shaded area and furniture.Preferred over high rise apartments.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Noya Viva Yas Island! The house and the whole property were in top condition—so good, in fact, that we briefly considered staging a “tiny vacation rebellion” and refusing to leave. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, but still peaceful enough to recover from our very successful trip (and yes, we’re already plotting our return for next year’s World Championship!). Everything worked smoothly: check-in, check-out, and everything in between. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for when booking a stay… maybe even a little better. If there had been a medal ceremony for accommodations, this place would’ve taken gold—no doping test required. Already on our list for next year. Highly recommended!
