Everything in Al Hamra resort is accessible by walk, but if you want some journey for example to Dubai, you have to use a car, taxi or bus.

HOUSE RULES:

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and residents of Al Hamra Village:
– All Passports must be submitted 1 day prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is any time after 3PM. Check-out time is any time before 11am. You’re welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. Please note, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a fine of up to 2000 AED.

PETS: Certain breeds of cats and dogs are permitted at our discretion. Contact us prior to making a reservation to confirm, charges may be applicable.

CLEANLINESS: If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 100 AED for every extra hour of cleaning required.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: It is not permitted to have extra guests. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, an additional fee could be charged.

CHECK-OUT: If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 300 AED. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are provided by property management to Czechin LLC and, in turn, provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of 300 AED.
