Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM (We’ll be ready!)
Check-out: by 11:00 AM (We’ll miss you!)
Need a late check-out or early check-in? Let us know in advance. We will need to confirm your request first, and fees may apply. Late check-out after 1:00 PM without prior approval will be charged as an extra night.
Housekeeping
Light daily cleaning is included. Fresh sheets every 3–4 nights — or sooner upon request for an additional fee.
Our housekeeping team will enter during the day unless you place your “Do Not Disturb” sign or tell us you’d prefer privacy.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
We love a vibrant atmosphere during the day, but please keep voices, music, and noise at a considerate level during the night and early morning. No loud music, shouting, or anything that disturbs neighbours — or the friendly geckos.
NO Smoking
Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please do not smoke indoors. Indoor smoking will incur an ozone cleaning fee of IDR 6,000,000 to restore the villa to its fresh condition for the next guest.
NO Parties or Unregistered Guests
No large gatherings, events, or unapproved extra guests. Every guest must be registered before arrival — this is for safety, insurance, and community respect.
Children at KOA
We welcome children of all ages. Parents, please supervise little ones at all times, especially near the pool (no safety gates or alarms are installed).
Plumbing Care
Our island plumbing is delicate. Please do not flush toilet paper, tissues, or sanitary products. Use the bin provided — it keeps everything flowing smoothly and avoids unpleasant surprises.
Damages & Issues
We understand that accidents happen — if something breaks, stops working, or is damaged, let us know right away. We value honesty over blame, and will always resolve things fairly.
Security
Always close doors and windows when leaving, even briefly. Use the in-room safe for passports, cash, and valuables.
