The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We spent almost a month in this apartment. It is nicely done spacious studio with everything you might need. Clean, comfortanble and well equipped, I recommend it for long term too. Building has two pools and a gym of course, downstairs is a little coffee place and Carrefour. The area is right in the heart of Business bay, walkable, few minutes from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. Within 100 m there is a bus stop with direct line to metro. Overall great stay with good price. The host is always responsive and helpfull with anything you might need. Thank you very much for having us 🫶

I was fortunate to be the first Airbnb guest for host and this place was furnished brand new. Host was accommodating and helped with check in, in person and also since our flight was early morning he let us with early checkin. That was life saviour. Over all it is good investment for stay. It is about 10 min walk to Burj Khalifa dancing fountains (gps might say 25 min). Place is good for people in need for one bed. Kitchen got all things you need from pans to dishes and glasses. Also location is good and cost effective. Only suggestion if you're driving, getting used to parkade is like a puzzle 😬, Dubai issues. Highly recommended.
