В целом жильё не плохое ,но …горячей воды в душе вы не дождётесь ,она чуть теплая,я так понимаю это ограничения хозяина ,а не всего дома .так что о теплой ванне даже не мечтайте )быстрый прохладный душ максимум. Но главная проблема это тараканы ,я их встретил в квартире 3 штуки ,одного удалось прихлопнуть ,другие сбежали .надо срочно проводить санитарную уборку от насекомых !!!
