⏳ Late Check-out:
Late check-out until 1:00 PM may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact our team at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for later departures.

💳 Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of AED 5,000 is required upon arrival. For stays longer than 5 nights, an additional AED 1,000 refundable deposit per extra night will apply.

🚭 No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A AED 2,000 penalty will be charged for any violation.

🔑 Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 applies for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise:
Ellington Beach House is a peaceful, luxury residential community. Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

👥 Registered Guests Only:
Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

🅿️ Parking:
One dedicated private parking space is provided. Please use designated areas only and follow building parking rules.

🧹 Housekeeping:
The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

The apartment is ideal for families, couples, and small groups. Please let us know if you require any special arrangements for children.
