Featuring a bright open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and fast Starlink WiFi, it’s perfect for families or groups. Comfortable bedrooms ensure a great night’s sleep, while modern amenities make your stay easy and enjoyable—your ideal home away from home by the sea.

Space

St Andrews features three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The main bedroom has a king bed, while the two additional rooms each have two single beds and a sofa bed that sleep two guest is in the living room. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a TV, a modern bathroom and a toilet.

– NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a
fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your
stay.
-Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for
replacement.

– Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit.

– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
