The host Anas made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable, from flexible check in to helping extend our stay as we liked the property. The villa is in a great location and is well maintained especially the outside areas, the pool was cleaned on arrival and throughout our stay. Would visit and use Vacationer again thank you!

The house is absolutely beautiful and upgraded to an excellent standard. There were a number of issues with the property but Rhyiad was extremely helpful and very responsive always trying to find a solution. It has been frustrating in parts with broken/problematic items but overall the stay has been lovely.

Perfect location and very spacious/well set out house for guests. Generally a quiet community…we had some issues with the noise from building work next door and the Operations Manager in charge of the property was very kind, caring and helpful resolving the problems. I would rent with them again in the future.

Place could have been ready on time we got there 1 hour 30 mins late still wasn’t ready, POOL WAS DIRTY I was told they were going to come clean it no one never came in 4 days we stayed there. Backyard doesn’t have lights at night, broken bathroom locks, nothing ever got fixed I told the first day fake promises were made, it will be fixed, I would look for a better location!

We absolutely loved staying at this property, so much so that we actually extended. The property is an amazing size and beautifully furnished. The garden is spacious with a good size pool that has safety glass which is ideal if you have young children, a gas bbq and the added bonus of backing onto the golf course. Its an extremely peaceful community which was perfect for our family. I couldn't recommend staying at this property enough if you are looking for a well maintained, spacious villa in an extremely good location in Dubai.
