Stay in our stylish 2-bedroom apartment at Balmoral Gardens, North Shields. With a King bed, double bed, air conditioning, and free parking, it sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and easy access to local attractions like the Fish Quay, Tynemouth Castle, and Longsands Beach. The area offers great transport links to Newcastle for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Perfect for business or leisure stays!

Our sleek and spacious 2-bedroom apartment at Balmoral Gardens is designed for both comfort and convenience. It features a King bed and a double bed, providing ample space for up to four guests. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay year-round, while free parking adds convenience.

With its modern amenities and cozy furnishings, this apartment offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal home for families or groups.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

Notes

– NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
