Highlights:

3 Comfortable Bedrooms: Rest easy with two plush double size bed’s, and a single bed—all with soft linens and blackout curtains for a restful night.

Bright Living Space: Relax after a beach day in our airy living room, complete with smart TV and cozy seating for unwinding.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast or whip up a quick breakfast before heading out to the seaside, with everything you need right here on site.

Prime Location: Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, a stone’s throw from restaurants, and close to historic sites, parks, and South Shields’ best spots.

Access

Guest access will be provide 24 hours before arrive.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

Notes

– NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
