The area has a lot of construction Positive: Azizi Rivera is conveniently located near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa by car, but there are no public transportation options available in the area. Negative: There is a lot of construction in the area, resulting in significant noise and messy conditions. Accessing the residence can be somewhat challenging due to heavy machinery and construction materials present.

If booking, know that the area has ALOT of construction around it. The community around the space is being actively built so you’ll have to either take a taxi or walk for about 15-20 min to get to any restaurants or cafes. The roads can be blocked at times, making it hard to get to the building. The Airbnb space itself is nice, but the kitchen is basically not usable if you want to cook. There is no counter space or drawers for storage so things are pretty cramped. Best if you’re going to be eating out at restaurants primarily. The bathroom is nice, but the shower does not drain very well. It overflowed into the other areas of the bathroom even with the shower door fully closed. Overall, okay stay. The azizi riviera community that has been built is a 15 min walk away, and while it is not very walkable, it is manageable. And the area there is very nice! The gym in the building was also great. The amenities in the building also seemed very well maintained.
