Amazing. Positive: This place is just awesome and walkable distance to the marina and also the metro station. There are restaurants and grocery stores at a walkable distance. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures. The property was well maintained. The host is very courteous and extends any kind of help you might need in exploring dubai. Negative: In the small room, keeping our luggage was bit of a problem and we were looking for some luggage rack. Although, there was a cupboard, but an additional storage space might have helped. Again, this is subjective, as we travelled with 2 kids and were carrying good amount of luggage.

Great location. Marina view and close to metro and tram Positive: Exactly what was in the photos. Very spacious and clean and tidy. Great value for money Negative: Not on the upmarket scale for Dubai however for the great value of money this was not expected

Positive: The host is very helpful and kind hearted. The apartment is opposite the Metro station, The apartment is clean and the facilities are ok. This apartment is a recommended for those who want to go to Dubai. If I visit Dubai again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much to Superb Host Mr. Walid.

Good Positive: Good location, easy checkin, good space, nice views Negative: Has some wear and tear, would need some small fixes of cupboards, bathroom furniture etc.

Positive: Классная квартира с шикарным видом! 2 отдельные полноценные спальни, 2 ванные комнаты. Negative: Сама квартира не супер новая в плане ремонта, но все достойное. Но видно, что ремонту уже есть время . Локация и вид из окон топ!!! Постель чистая, белоснежная. Самое главное, это супер удобная локация, супермаркет в доме, метро. И потрясающий район Дубай Марина.
