The place was clean but basic. Location was great and a short walk from the canal. It lacked kitchen utensils but I think they have been stolen by previous lodgers. The jacuzzi was unusable which was the main reason we chose the place so that was very disappointing. The biggest issue was getting into the parking, clear instructions to get the parking pass from the apartment first wasn't outlined, and lack of parking outside of the apartment made it impossible to do either way. The entrances to tge car park should also be explicitly explained as the pin location is for the parking for the building before it and they are metres away from the actual buildings parking.

-We didn't find anyone to open the secured basement parking for us , we had to wait more than 15 minutes in a very small area for the car , and blocked some cars.. - Washing machine was not working , kept giving error, host sent someone to fix it, but they were not able , hist wanted to send someone again, but we didn't accept as this issue should've been fixed prior to arrival. - Glass view in the apartment has no curtains at all, and anyone from outside can easily see you inside at night. Hist informed initially glass in not see through, but we tested and send proof to host , and only they apologized for the wrong info they gave. No privacy at all at night. - Beds mattress, are very uncomfortable and needs change, bent in the middle little making sleeping uneven. 3/5 Max. total stay review Host responsivness is good but above issues made our 10 days stay not good. thanks
