– Please take care of your cards and keys. For lost cards, the fine starts from 500 AED

SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN!

– Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Smoking fine 2000 AED for odor removal, air duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
