Welcome to our stylish 1-bedroom apartment at 21C Queen Anne Street. The perfect retreat for solo travelers, couples, or business guests. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room making it ideal for 3 guest, with a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Relax in the cozy living area with a Smart TV, or stay connected with fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, fresh towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

– NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

From Glasgow: Take the M8 east, then merge onto the M90 north via the Queensferry Crossing. Exit at Junction 3, then follow the same route into Dunfermline town centre.
From Dundee: Take the A92 south towards Glenrothes, then join the M90 south. Exit at Junction 3, following signs for Dunfermline.

By Bus:
Dunfermline is well-served by bus routes from major Scottish cities.
From Edinburgh, take the Stagecoach X55 or X56 from Edinburgh Bus Station to Dunfermline.
From Glasgow, take the Scottish Citylink 900 to Edinburgh, then transfer to the X55/X56 to Dunfermline.
