Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.
– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
From Edinburgh: Take the M90 north towards Dunfermline. Exit at Junction 3 and follow signs for Dunfermline town centre. Continue onto A907 (Halbeath Road), then turn onto East Port, leading directly to Queen Anne Street.
From Glasgow: Take the M8 east, then merge onto the M90 north via the Queensferry Crossing. Exit at Junction 3, then follow the same route into Dunfermline town centre.
From Dundee: Take the A92 south towards Glenrothes, then join the M90 south. Exit at Junction 3, following signs for Dunfermline.
By Bus:
Dunfermline is well-served by bus routes from major Scottish cities.
From Edinburgh, take the Stagecoach X55 or X56 from Edinburgh Bus Station to Dunfermline.
From Glasgow, take the Scottish Citylink 900 to Edinburgh, then transfer to the X55/X56 to Dunfermline.
Local bus routes from nearby towns also connect to Dunfermline Bus Station, which is just a short walk from Queen Anne Street.
By Train:
From Edinburgh Waverley, take a ScotRail service to Dunfermline Town Station (approx. 30 minutes).
From Glasgow Queen Street, take a train to Haymarket, then transfer to a Dunfermline-bound train.
From Dundee, take a train to Inverkeithing, then switch to a Dunfermline-bound service.
Once at Dunfermline Town Station, it’s a 10-minute walk or a short taxi ride to 21C Queen Anne Street.
